Happy August Everyone! This month marks the thirteenth anniversary of our GraniteCityGossip.com website. Never in our wildest dreams all those years ago, while sitting on our mother's patio, did we think that our crazy idea would become such a success. We have our advertisers, faithful visitors and Discussion Board members to thank for keeping our dream alive. When discussing this month's home page theme, we wanted something that would reflect that summer is just beginning to wind down and soon autumn will be knocking at the door. There is nothing better than sunflowers to celebrate the last weeks of the season. Scroll this month's home page and look at all of the activities that are planned for this month. As always, please send your announcements and we will include them at no charge. Thank you all - and here is to the next thirteen years! |
