Tammy Hanfelder Can Not Legally Work For The
Nameoki Township Highway Department and Hold
the Office of Township Assessor Simultaneously

Submitted by:  Someone Who Knows The Truth

In light of much discussion before the recent Nameoki Township Elections and
after the elections as well, the question of Tammy Hanfelder being able to work her
current job for the Nameoki Township Highway Department if she was elected as Assessor
has been asked many, many times in your discussion blog.

Several people questioned, and out right protested, anyone receiving
two paychecks from Nameoki Township.

This post was in the discussion blog:

WHO WOULD TAKE A $9000 A YEAR PAY CUT???
NO ONE!
SHE IS / WAS PLANNING ON WORKING BOTH JOBS!

Please review the documentation below, which clearly shows that on
April 23, 2012, the township's very own attorney, Irv Slate relayed in an
open township meeting that Tammy Hanfelder CAN NOT HOLD BOTH JOBS!

HE WAS ASKED THIS SPECIFICALLY BY MR. KEN DAVIS, TOWNSHIP SUPERVISOR
DURING THE APRIL 23, 2012 MEETING, BUT ALMOST A YEAR LATER
MR. KEN DAVIS IS CLAIMING SHE CAN DO BOTH JOBS WITH NO CONFLICT
AND IT'S BEEN VERIFIED BY THE STATE!!!

Why would Mr. Ken Davis claim that she could?
Why would he lie about this?

If she hadn't planned on keeping both jobs, WHY WOULD KEN DAVIS ASK
THE TOWNSHIP ATTORNEY IF SHE COULD?

NOW, IN CASE SHE ATTEMPTS TO REMAIN IN THE HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT
AFTER SHE TAKES OFFICE IN JANUARY 2014, EVERYONE WILL KNOW IT
IS NOT LEGAL!!!!!

Terry Kreher writes: " I spoke to Tammy today about this issue, and stated that she had never
said she would keep both jobs..."

saugetsec writes: "When I heard that Tammy wanted to be the Assessor I asked Mr. Davis
(because he is endorsing her also) why she would want to take a job that would
be a pay cut for her?
Mr. Ken Davis's answer was "She is going to do both jobs.
We checked with the state and there is no conflict there!"
She makes about $41,xxx at the street department,
and the Assessors job pays around $32,xxx."
